NrityaKnots is a performing arts studio founded in 2023 by artist Dimple Manghnani, with a vision to nurture dancers beyond hobby-based learning. The studio offers a wide range of dance styles along with structured, certified training programs designed for both passionate hobbyists and students aspiring to pursue dance professionally. NrityaKnots blends tradition, discipline, and creativity in every class. We believe in building a strong foundation while encouraging confidence, grace, and individuality in each student. Dimple Manghnani, the Founder and Artistic Director of NrityaKnots, is a Kathak dancer, performer, choreographer, and teacher with over a decade of dedication to the world of classical arts. Trained under the esteemed guidance of Guru Rashmi Uppal, she has developed a deep understanding of Kathak.
For Dimple, dance is a way of life - something she lives and breathes every day, using it to bring stories to life and create meaningful connections with everyone who experiences it.
Alongside her journey in Kathak, she has also completed her Master’s degree in Hindustani Classical Music, which enriches her artistic perspective. This musical foundation beautifully complements her dance, adding depth and sensitivity to both her performances and her teaching.
Over the years, Dimple has had the privilege of performing across India, sharing her passion for classical arts on various platforms. Through NrityaKnots, she envisions creating a space where movement becomes a language and every dancer finds their artistic voice - whether they seek to learn the art form or wish to pursue dance with deeper dedication - true to its spirit of “where every step tells a story.”
